Firearms must be shipped to an Exchange Firearm Shop location compatible with your state of residence. Only the person named on the order will be permitted to take possession of the firearm, and the transfer will only occur after all applicable requirements (ie background checks, etc.) have been met. It is the buyer's responsibility to know if the firearm is legal in the buyer's state of residence. You will be responsible for any additional fees (ie background check fee) at the time of pickup.
